Major works on Clarence Creek water main

From the C-R website: The Physical Services of the City of Clarence-Rockland will carry out major works on its water main located south of the Bouvier Road water tower in Clarence Creek.

The works will take place on Tuesday, February 8th, 2011 from 7:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.

The City will continue to supply water to its users in the affected area of Bourget, Cheney and Hammond. However, they ask the cooperation of the public to reduce its water consumption during this period.

Les Castors in the news

(Arnprior EMC - Posted Jan 27, 2011) At Goulbourn Recreation Complex (GRC) in Stittsville Sunday afternoon, Stittsville Royals' goalie Erik Miksik turned in his second outstanding performance against the Junior Canadians in six days. He turned aside 43 shots to backstop Stittsville to a vital 5-4 victory. Ottawa outshot Royals 47-28.

The loss left the defending league champions just a point up on Ottawa West Golden Knights for second place in the Metro Division. Clarence Creek Beavers have all but clinched top spot in the Metro after two more weekend triumphs. More...
